Public Safety Updates:

Last week, we provided information regarding the extreme danger smoke poses during home fires. Having a home escape plan is imperative to protect your loved ones from the deadly hazards of smoke during these situations. Everyone in a home needs to know their escape plan BEFORE a potential fire occurs. There is no “one size fits all” home escape plan, but they all share basic concepts that are explained in the video below. Please take the time to follow the link to view a very educational video to help your family be prepared.

If you like children and you want to help in some kind of volunteer capacity, now is the time to consider volunteering for Youth Fest and/or summer camp.If you have free time during the following weeks and want to learn how you can make a difference, call 706-692-6322 or email

June 10-14

June 17-21

July 8-12

July 15-19

There is a wide range of activities you can do as a volunteer. You don't have to volunteer for the entire week or even for a full day. Reach out to match your interests and skills to our needs. Volunteers can help during Youth Fest, which occurs the first week of July.

You do not have to have equestrian experience to help. You do not need to have children to help (but it does help if you were one once). You probably should not be allergic to horses. It's probably an asset if you enjoy smiling (laughing is encouraged, too)

We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for enriching our community by supporting our youth. Call us today. 706-692-6322
