TRANSPONDER RENEWAL REMINDER

There are just under two weeks left to renew your transponders for 2023.  Please do not wait on this.  Here’s what you need to know:

·   The fee this year for transponders is $35 per vehicle. This can be paid in cash or check at the Front Gate or with credit card at Admin.  Two transponders are included with your annual fees.

·   All transponders need to be renewed, even the two included with your annual fees.  The primary reason for this is to ensure all vehicle and transponder information is current and correct.  Renewing your transponders can be done in one of two ways:

1.  Bring the vehicles with transponders being renewed to the front gate for inspection by Public Safety.

2.  Complete the following form and email back to public safety or drop it off at the Front Gate. These forms can also be picked up at the Front Gate or Admin.  Resident, Vehicle, & Transponder Info

Please click the following link to access detailed information on how to obtain the number from your transponder.  Transponder Number Instructions
