Called Board Meeting
The Bent Tree Board of Directors will be holding a Called Board Meeting on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023 for the purpose of an executive session in the Conference Room at the Administration Building at 9 am.

This is a closed meeting and will not be recorded.

TRANSPONDER DEACTIVATION


Public Safety has begun deactivating transponders that were not renewed per the instructions previously provided.  Residents with deactivated transponders will not be able to access the back gate or right lane at the front gate.  If you have not taken the required actions to renew your transponders, please follow the link below to correct your entry status.

TRANSPONDER REACTIVATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Tavern will be operating under normal business hours at Club Tamarack while renovations are underway at the Tavern.

Friday, March 3rd – Surf and Turf $28.95
Crab stuffed shrimp served with a cherry cream sauce and beef chateaubriand medallions served with potato cakes, Julianne vegetables, salad and rolls.

Saturday, March 4th $28.95
Seared crab cakes served with primavera orzo pasta, grilled lemon zest asparagus, salad and a roll.

Sunday, March 5th $16.95
All you can eat Sunday Brunch at Club Tamarack.

Announcements
Saturday MARCH 11th Trail Work Day. Gather at the Sallie Doss Nature Center at 9 am.
Bring gloves, rakes, pitchforks, tarps, wheelbarrows, loppers. Most importantly bring your best volunteer spirit to help keep our trails in good shape. All ages and abilities needed.
Teams will be formed and goals assigned based on attendance.

Do you know this sweet boy? He came into Bent Tree without his family on Tuesday. We are looking for his family, but have had no luck.  If you know this boy, please call or text 678-414-1047.

The shelter kitties are ready for you to come to visit and for them to find their forever homes. While they are at the shelter they can always use canned Fancy Feast cat food and clumping litter.  Please call or text if you want to visit or have any questions.
