Bent Tree Emergency Communications

Recent winter weather highlighted the need for all residents to be signed up for Bent Tree communications. Great time and effort are put in to keeping residents updated with vital information to be prepared for and make it through major incidents like what occurred over Christmas weekend. Follow the link below to find out details about the various communications platforms used by Public Safety to keep residents informed. If you are already aware of these, PLEASE HELP Public Safety by spreading the word (or link) to fellow residents who may not be. Thank you.

Communication Platforms

It's that time of year again when we offer our "Presents for Paws" campaign. This is a campaign to solely benefit our Animal Care Fund. As you probably know, the Foundation covers the veterinary bills of our resident cats as well as any stray dog or cat that is found within Bent Tree. Therefore, our fund is always in need of replenishment.

If you would like to honor a friend or family member with a donation to the Foundation or donate in someone's memory, both can be accomplished via our "Presents for Paws" campaign. We will send those honored a special Christmas card indicating that you have made a donation in their honor. If you would like to donate in someone's memory, we will send a special Christmas card to the names of individual(s) you provide indicating you have made a memorial donation. When you send in your check, please make sure to provide the name and postal address of the person(s) you wish to honor or the name and postal address of those individuals whom you would like to have notified of a memorial donation. Checks, along with the required pertinent information, may be left at the Administration Building to the attention of Colin Thompson or mailed to the address below. If you choose to use PayPal for your donation, you will need to indicate "Animal Care". Additionally, you will also need to send the required names and addresses to sthompson20455@gmail.com.

Pre-printed ones can be picked up at Admin or the mail center. Return your input to benttreelw@gmail.com, the Admin building, the admin mailbox at the mail center, or inside the mail center (under L ) by Dec 31.
