Budget Workshops Scheduled
The Board of Directors has scheduled three 2023 budget workshops as it begins to delve into next years financial plan. The meetings are open to the public.
The first session, covering revenue streams, was held on Oct. 11, it will be followed by a session on capital expenditures on Oct. 18 and operating expense on Oct. 25. All three meetings will begin at 9 a.m. in the Club Tamarack Recreation Room.

The board will be addressing the overall budget plan in November.
New Website
Over 620 people have successfully signed up for the new website.   For those of you who haven't tried yet, please send an email to webmaster@bent-tree.com with the subject line 'New Website'.  Please include your name, email address (if different from the email you're sending the message from, address and Lot Number.      

Note:  If your email address doesn't match what we have in our current system, we'll have to change that before adding you to the new website.

Note:  We send you an email that provides a link to create your own password.   If you get that email, please set your password right away.  If you don't, the link will expire.

Note:  Every user needs their own email to sign up.   There isn't a way to create an account for couples on the website.

Saturday Nov 5th Partners Program – Bent Tree History as told by Chris Feldt!


Learn the background of the quarry, how the original front gate entrance differs from today's, and so much interesting history of the Bent Tree Community!


Come at 9 a.m. to enjoy socializing, coffee and donuts. The program starts at 9:30 a.m. in the lower level of Club Tamarack. L&W is open to all residents.
