Board Orientation- Open to the Community
The Board of Directors will be conducting it’s annual orientation meetings for new board members next week and Bent Tree residents are invited to attend.

The sessions will be held Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the Recreation Room at Club Tamarack from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with timeout for lunch. While the public is invited to attend, discussion will be limited to board members and invited guests.

The discussions will include information about our governing documents, board procedures, administrative processes, standing committees and department operations.  The Thursday session will include goal setting for the coming year.

2023 Statements
2023 Statements have been mailed out.

Payment instructions and AGUF information sheets have been included with each statement.  Please take the time to review this information to better understand your amenity privileges and payment options.

If you do not receive your statement by January 1, 2023 or you have any questions regarding your statement or any included information please contact the Bent Tree Administration Office at 770-893-2629.  


It’s time to renew transponders.  Here’s what you need to know:

· The fee this year for transponders is $35 per vehicle. This can be paid in cash or check at the Front Gate or with credit card at Admin.  Two transponders are included with your annual fees.

· All transponders need to be renewed, even the two included with your annual fees.  This can be done in one of two ways:

1.     Bring the vehicles with transponders being renewed to the front gate for inspection by Public Safety.

2.     Complete the following form and email back to public safety or drop it off at the Front Gate. These forms can also be picked up at the Front Gate or Admin.  Resident, Vehicle, & Transponder Info

· Transponders that are not renewed by 3-1-23 will be deactivated.

The Tavern will be closed for lunch service on Friday, January 6 to allow them to move meal service to Club Tamarack. Dinner service (dine-in and takeout) on Friday night will be available at Club Tamarack from 5pm until 8 pm.

Starting on Saturday January 7, we will be operating under normal business hours out of Club Tamarack until the Tavern repairs are complete. Bar service will be available with a limited drink menu.

Sunday Brunch will continue to operate out of Club Tamarack as usual.

Friday, January 6th- $24.95

Chef’s Seafood Extravaganza.  Parmesan Scallops, Garlic Shrimp, Seared Red Snapper, Crab Cake served with rice and broccoli.

Saturday, January 7th- $28.95

Seared Black Angus Ribeye served with roasted red potatoes, grilled asparagus, salad and a roll

Sunday, January 8th- $15.95

All you can eat Sunday Brunch at Club Tamarack.

The Tavern staff will be working with the Pro Shop to provide limited services to the golfing community. Stay tuned for additional details on this.

We worry about road conditions, water pipes, and fuel supplies during the winter months; how does wildlife approach this harsh time of year?

Come to the February Lake & Wildlife Meeting to find out the common and the unique strategies that our forest and lake friends employ to survive the winter. Understand how human actions can help or harm, and better appreciate activities seen right outside your windows.
