The Board of Directors meeting next week will include two
issues we’d like to hear from the community about.
The board is considering the future of 69 acres that Bent Tree owns on Sharp Top Mountain, adjacent to the Young Life complex. The land is not being used, and currently there are no plans for its use. There has been discussion about the possibility of selling the land and using the money for infrastructure improvements. The land, while owned by Bent Tree, is not located within Bent Tree and is not classified as common property, meaning the board has the authority to dispose of it without a community vote.
The board also will discuss the food service plans being implemented for this summer, including the hours and locations of
those services. The input from any discussion will be added to the results of a more comprehensive survey being conducted in coming months to measure views of the entire community.
Bent Tree food service will be operating at both The Tavern at the 19th Hole and Club Tamarack locations. Please see below for detailed hours and menus at each
location.
